Victorian Style Homes on Martha's Vineyard

There are some fabulous Victorian style houses in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard.

The Ocean Park common, famous for it's charming Gazebo and views, is home to a classic Victorian style home owned by Peter Norton of Norton Software.

This home has quite a history...Peter has renovated/rebuilt it twice, having bought it in the early 1990s as a "fixer-upper" and then after it burned to the ground in 2001.

The original house was built in 1891. It changed hands over the years and eventually fell into disrepair. In 1991 Peter Norton bought and fully restored this beautiful home known as the flagship house of Ocean Park. In February of 2001 it burned to the ground. Peter Norton decided to rebuild and thus stands an exact replica of a restored historic house.
