Salmon over Linguine

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown
3) Put the salmon fillets on baking parchment...cover with carrot, red pepper, ginger and green onion strips...drizzle soy sauce and orange juice
4) If desired, add salt and pepper...fold the parchment papers and bake fillets for 15 minutes
5) Boil the linguine
6) Place cooked fillets on top of linguine...sprinkle sesame seeds on top
7) Enjoy !
Shrimp Pasta Salad
Ingredients
Directions
1) Boil water and cook the pasta shells
2) Drain and set shells aside to cool
3) Cut the avocado and remove the pit. Slice into small pieces
4) Put pieces of avocado into a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice
5) Combine the tomatoes, avocado, lettuce and shrimp in the bowl with the pasta
6) Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ketchup and tabasco sauce in a small bowl and drizzle on salad
7) Enjoy !
Tuna Pasta Salad - king of Seafood Pasta Recipes
Ingredients
Directions
1) Boil water and cook the pasta bows
2) Heat olive oil in saucepan
3) Fry the garlic for one minute and stir in the oregano, tomatoes and tomatoe puree
4) Keep the sauce over a medium heat and let simmer for 15 mins
5) Stir the tuna into the sauce and heat for about 2 mins
6) Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce... mixing well
7) Enjoy !

5) wash and slice seafood you've chosen
