Massachusetts Camping at Martha's Vineyard Campground
An Option for Fun Family Vacations

Few know a Massachusetts camping option includes the Martha's Vineyard Campground. It's a great option for fun family vacations. It offers the opportunity to enjoy nature and save some money.

Martha's Vineyard Campground Smores The campground is centrally located and is convenient to all the attractions at Vineyard Haven, Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. It's about 1.5 miles from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority ferry terminal.

They offer tent and trailer sites, as well as 1 and 2 room cabins. There are picnic tables, fire rings, gas grills and water hookups at each site.

We stayed in one of the 1 room cabins with our 2 girls and had a great time (just note the Tip below). The cabins are fairly new and in great shape. Cabins have small refrigerators, windows, bunk beds and even small porches. The "yard" has a picnic table, gas grill, campfire ring and water hookups.

TIP: The cabins are fun and in good condition. However, they do not have bathrooms. Helpful to know if you have small children. The public bathrooms are about 300 yards away.

adirondack chairs and free wi-fi internet access
a great kids playground - big wood pirate ship, swings
picnic tables
