Grilled Shrimp Recipes


Grilled Shrimp and Scallop Kabobs



  1. Start with quality, fresh shrimp and scallops - you know all great food starts with the best ingredients !
  2. Fire up the grill and keep the lid closed to allow it to really heat up
  3. Take individual shrimp and wrap them in pieces of pancetta
  4. Stick pieces of shrimp and scallop on skewers (preferably bamboo, but metal is ok). Alternate shrimp/scallop/shrimp and so on.
  5. After about 3 minutes, open the lid, scrape off the metal grill and coat it with olive oil
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes per side - only flip them once to prevent drying of the seafood
  7. They are ready when the pancetta starts to brown and the shrimp and scallops are opaque and also starting to brown
  8. Enjoy !


Grilled Garlic Shrimp



  1. Start with quality, fresh shrimp
  2. Fire up the grill and keep the lid closed to allow it to really heat up
  3. Place shrimp in a mixing bowl. Shred fresh garlic cloves into the bowl.
  4. Add olive oil and mix well then add the shrimp and let them soak
  5. Put the shrimp onto the skewers (bamboo is best but metal is ok)
  6. Clean off the metal grill and coat it with olive oil. Spread the skewers on the grill and coat them with garlic and oil.
  7. Let the shrimp cook for about 2-3 minutes per side - flip only once
  8. They are ready when the shrimp is opaque and starting to brown
  9. Enjoy !


Grilled Mango Shrimp



  1. Start with quality, fresh shrimp and whole mangoes
  2. Fire up the grill and keep the lid closed to allow it to really heat up
  3. Make a marinade by combining 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 teaspoons ginger and red chili flakes in a mixing bowl
  4. Place shrimp in mixing bowl and allow to soak for 5 minutes
  5. Slice fresh mangoes into small square chunks
  6. Put the shrimp and mangoes onto the skewers (bamboo is best but metal is ok). Alternate shrimp/mango/shrimp and so on
  7. Clean off the metal grill and coat it with olive oil. Spread the skewers on the grill
  8. Let the shrimp cook for about 2-3 minutes per side - flip only once
  9. They are ready when the shrimp is opaque and starting to brown
  10. Enjoy !
