Recipes for Grilled Fish
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 lemon
Fire-up the grill to a medium heat for a few minutes prior to adding fish
Mix the olive oil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and garlic together in a bowl or dish
Add the salmon to the dish, flipping to coat each side
Drizzle lemon juice over each fillet and cover and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 minutes
Spread olive oil on grill grate to prevent sticking
Place salmon fillets on grill and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side
When salmon flakes easily and looks opaque, it's ready !
