Black Dog Marthas Vineyard...This is one of the famous businesses on the Vineyard. Their black lab logo has become well-known throughout New England and beyond.
The Black Dog business was started in Vineyard Haven and the original tavern and pub is still there. They have also added the bakery and 3 or 4 "apparel and accessories" shops, as well as tall ships.
There are also clothing stores in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs, as well as in some other New England locations "off-island".
